NOTE: All cancellations must be submitted by emailing info@eclostlagoon.com. The email must be time stamped by the minimum days listed below to be eligible for a resort voucher. Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly we do not offer resort vouchers due to the whims of Mother Nature. Email cancellations to info@eclostlagoon.com. In the event of a mandatory evacuation or closure, a resort voucher will be issued.

RV Site Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Sorry, we have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $25 rebooking fee. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited, resulting in no credit vouchers and full forfeiture of funds.

Buddy Site Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Sorry, we have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $50 rebooking fee. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited, resulting in no credit vouchers and full forfeiture of funds.

Cottage Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Sorry, we have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $150 rebooking fee. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited, resulting in no credit vouchers and full forfeiture of funds.

Perry’s Penthouses Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Sorry, we have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $150 rebooking fee. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited, resulting in no credit vouchers and full forfeiture of funds.

Homestead Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Sorry, we have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $250 rebooking fee. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited, resulting in no credit vouchers and full forfeiture of funds.

Pearl Cancellation Policy:A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Sorry, we have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $500 rebooking fee. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited resulting in no credit vouchers and full forfeiture of funds.

Golf Carts, Palapa Cabanas/Pavilion & Aqua Tables: If cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival, we have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a voucher will be issued minus a non-refundable $25 rebooking fee. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation.

Special Event Ticket Sales Cancellation Policy: All special event surcharges & ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS.

Group/Party Rentals Policy: Payment is due in full when booking an event. A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. We have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a voucher will be issued minus a non-refundable rebooking fee. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited.

No Show Policy: Reservations will be held until checkout time on the day following your scheduled arrival. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued for no shows or early departures.
