Cancellation Policy

NOTE: All cancellations must be submitted by emailing info@eclostlagoon.com. The email must be time stamped by the minimum days listed below to be eligible for a resort voucher. Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly we do not offer resort vouchers due to the whims of Mother Nature. Email cancellations to info@eclostlagoon.com. In the event of a mandatory evacuation or closure, a resort voucher will be issued.

Perry’s Penthouses Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Sorry we have a NO REFUNDS policy however, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $150 rebooking fee. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation.

Homestead Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Sorry we have a NO REFUNDS policy; however, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $250 rebooking fee. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation.

Special Event Ticket Sales Cancellation Policy: All special event surcharges & ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS.

No Show Policy: Reservations will be held until checkout time on the day following your scheduled arrival. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued for no shows or early departures.

Other Important Info

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in any building on the property, pool, or recreation areas. No Pit Bulls or Rottweilers allowed. Service animals are welcome; however, these animals may not exhibit aggressive behavior.
