Cancellation Policy

NOTE: All cancellations must be done via email. The email must be time stamped by the minimum days listed below to be eligible for a resort voucher. Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly we do not offer resort vouchers due to the whims of Mother Nature. Email cancellations to info@eclostlagoon.com. In the event of a mandatory evacuation or closure, a resort voucher will be issued.

RV Site Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Then, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $25 rebooking fee. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation.

Cottage Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Then, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $150 rebooking fee. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation.

Homestead Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Then, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $250 rebooking fee. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation.

Pearl Cancellation Policy: A reservation may be cancelled or changed more than 7 days of the arrival date. Then, a reservation voucher will be issued, minus a non-refundable $500 rebooking fee. A reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable for one calendar year from cancellation.

Other Important Info

Day Pass Policy: We do not offer a “Day Pass” option for outside guests. To protect the privacy and quality of stay for our RV campers, we only allow those who reserve an RV site with camper (and their guests) to enjoy our resort.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in any building on the property, pool, or recreation areas. No Pit Bulls or Rottweilers allowed.

Special Event Tickets: All special event ticket sales are final.

Please Note: If you rent a RV site, you must physically have a RV on site. You cannot just rent a space.
