Certified Pool Operator
We are seeking a Certified Pool Operator to join Perry’s Crew at El Campo Lost Lagoon. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our pools and water features. This role requires a strong understanding of pool maintenance procedures and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Certified Pool Operator License required.

Responsibilities:
· Perform routine pool maintenance tasks
· Conduct regular inspections of the pools and surrounding areas to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
· Troubleshoot pool equipment
· Perform minor equipment repairs and replacements as needed.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all pool maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Skills:
· Certified Pool Operator
· High School Diploma or GED
· Must pass Drug Test and Background Check
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Must be able to work weekends and holidays
· Valid driver’s license and good driving record
· Strong knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and practices.
· Experience with pool cleaning and equipment repair.
· Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in pool maintenance.
· Ability to maintain and service pool equipment.
· Experience as a pool technician
· Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring that all pool maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
· Strong work ethic and reliability.
· Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
· Engage in all aspects of resort maintenance and repairs of grounds and facilities as needed.

Schedule: 40+ hours / week, May require more hours seasonally. Weekends are required.
Compensation: $20-23 /hr + Benefits!
